The Chilton Optimist Club will be holding their annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 4, 2015, 12 o'clock Noon, at Klinkner Park.  The hunt is open to children ages 0-8.  The park will be divided into 3 age categories for children to hunt for candy, plastic eggs and goodies.  Grand prize in each age category is a bike.  The Easter Bunny will be on hand at 11:30 a.m. for pictures.  Please join us. In case of inclement weather, the event will be held at Chilton Elementary School.


"How my optimism helps me to press on to a greater achievement of the future" is the theme of this year's Oratorical Contest, which is open to students under the age of 19 who have not graduated from high school or the equivalent.  Home schooled students are also invited to submit their speech.  The speech should be 4-5 minutes long.  This year's deadline is March 25. Judging will be held April 1, 4:00 p.m., at the high school community room.
